Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://graybealoutdoorservices.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Graybeal Outdoor Services markets and arranges Lawn Mowing, Landscaping Service, Hedge Trimming, Yard Cleanup, Mulching Service. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Graybeal Outdoor Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Graybeal Outdoor Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Graybeal Outdoor Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Graybeal Outdoor Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MD, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MD.
Term Changes. Graybeal Outdoor Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
